feathers in your hair

I'm the kind of person who gets bored with my hair pretty often. I need to change it up to keep things fresh and interesting. Alex always jokes that I've had about 50 different hair styles since we first met.
Lately I've been feeling the urge to change things up again. I'm not ready to commit to a big change...a new hair cut or color...so I was trying to come up with something I could do to hold me over until I decide what I want to do. I finally settled on feather hair extensions! It seems like something fun and it's temporary so if I don't like it, I just have to wait a couple months to take them out.

I found a salon in Cherry Creek to get the extensions done at. It ended up being about $20, not bad for a little hair fun. I'm pretty pleased with the look. It's subtle but still adds a little flair. I think if I do it again I will go for a bolder look...more colors, more feathers. :-)
