Last Friday Alex and I were able to attend our first Rockies game! We went with a few friends of ours and it was really a lot of fun. The stadium is incredible. You have a perfect view of the mountains in the distance and everyone there seems like real hardcore fans.
It seemed like a fun night for a ball game except it was SO cold. It even started flurrying in the middle of the game. I'm talking legitimate snow flakes falling from the sky in late April. Insane. We ended up leaving during the 7th inning stretch.
Even with the snow we had a lot of fun at the game and will definitely be going back to Coors Field for more Rockies games. Though I'm thinking next time should be in the middle of June when the sun is shining and I can wear shorts and a t-shirt.

it snowed again at the game on Saturday night too : ( i guess that is Colorado baseball!
I would love to see a game at Coors one day! I especially would love to go when they play the Marlins so I can rock the Fish gear! :-P
