the hard days

I am beyond thankful for the blessing that Liam is to our lives. I am also beyond thankful that I am able to stay home with him everyday. But that doesn't mean it's all rainbows and butterflies. There are some days when I want to crawl into a hole and hide for hours. I just want to sleep and watch a movie without having to press pause ten times and get some work done without interruption and have peace and quiet. Yesterday was one of those days where I just wanted to get away. I was tired and we were having breastfeeding issues and Liam was just being crabby. Thank God Alex had the day off from work so he was able to help out quite a bit. And today I woke up feeling much better. The hard days are certainly no fun but they make me really appreciate all the good days.

Check out this sweet video Alex made. Mornings with Liam are my favorite.

Yeap! That's the way it is. Some bad, most good. As long as bad days have good moments and only some days are bad...that's a good life. Enjoy the good moments!

cute video :-)

I think I called it Daisys and roses ha ha. Being a stay at home mom is hard! Changing diapers, your shoulders being a giant snot rag, the crying, more crying, your ears ringing from the crying, wanting to get out of the house to be around other moms but knowing it will take two hours to get yourself and the baby ready, feeling like your constantly either cleaning, feeding, trying to clean, cleaning the baby. Its allot. And then when my husband comes home I just talk and talk and talk and realize he is my adult outlet of talk! ha

It does get better and we are so blessed to have our sons our amazing husbands that help out and blessed to be called mama. It does get easier :-) I promise
